Healthcare for illegal immigrants? All 10 Democrats raise their hand

All 10 Democratic candidates on stage Thursday night said they supported government-provided health insurance for illegal immigrants.

After the candidates spent most of the first half hour of the debate discussing how each would handle providing healthcare in the U.S., host Savannah Guthrie asked the contenders to raise their hands if their individual vision for government coverage would include undocumented immigrants.

All 10, including front-runner Joe Biden, put their hands up.

President Trump seized on the moment, tweeting: “All Democrats just raised their hands for giving millions of illegal aliens unlimited healthcare. How about taking care of American Citizens first!? That’s the end of that race!”
